    So now theres money on it? Crap, now its serious. What really sucks about all this smack talk stuff is that Loren doesn't read his email or the blog. Not quite as fun. Oh well, YOU'RE GOING DOWN LOREN!!!! (and not in a brokeback mountain biking sense of the word. you people are sick, its great.)

    When did Frank retire? Guess he was afraid of me beating him at D-ville this year...

    I think the wily old veteran will take the just newly wearing lycra sophomore. It will be close, but in the end I think there will be some cracking under the pressure.

    I'm not worried - that was my first time there and 2005 was the first time racing in a long while. So I'll be ready for the challenge. I was thinking I was more likely to take you on the DH, but we'll figure in the XC too...

    No SS for me this year either.

    Dude I didn't pre-ride the course, was saving energy for my XC race the next day on that damn SS, and I was on Jeffery's too big bike which I had never ridden before. Plus my back was killing me. You will be mine, trust me. I'll beat Schlachter's time too on the DH (you know, the guy that beat you by 6 seconds). Mark my words.

    Ouch, 4+ minutes. Tell you what, Loren knows how to race... he can't rely solely on his fitness no mo'. Of course, I beat him on all but one of my laps last year at Boggs...
