High Altitude Training
Okay, so in my preparation for the Skyline race on 5/21, I'm up here in Lake Tahoe doing some high altitude training.
Of course, sitting here by the pool isn't raising the heart rate too much (except for when that hottie walked by).
Actually sitting in meetings all day - definitely not helping with the training. But the week in Hartford next week sitting in meetings all day should help with my fitness. Uncomfortableseatervals. Yay.
Man, that race is going to hurt. Man I'm out of shape. But at least the back feels good...

Come on PAB, you and XBun should join us as well. It could be a TWW-VB-Bag Boy extravaganza. Man, that would be such a blast - so much better than that stoopeed crit...
Oh heck*, all that roadie schtuff ends on Saturday. Make the road trip over afterwards and race on Sunday... Groovy baby!

Oops, Burlingame is on Sunday.
I guarantee you won't have as much fun at those events as you will at the 8-hour with us.
Here's last year's great fun at the Bogg's 8-hour

No. really. I'm seriously.
We are supposed to win all crits. How the heck are we supposed to do that if Olaf is off playing in the mud and gettin all sloshed?

Actually, I really would like to join y'all, but for something in the fall(no more roadie races and far fewer mosquitos), and preferably something that is 24 hours. I love riding in the dark.

Dude I think that's why VB asked me to post these - she knew it would help sway things towards the dirt...
