Marin? Or Marin?
Just tuning into the Tour of Kah-lee-four-nee-ah and am enjoying the ESPN2 coverage. Bob Roll and Paul Sherwen doing a bang up job. That was until Paul said, "beautiful Mare-in County". Mare-in?!!! Perhaps someone could've whispered into his ear and said, "Yo Paul, it's Ma-rin, not Mare-in, got it?"
Cool to see the local roads. Lots o' people out there. Wish I was one. Terribly bizzy week though this week.

when i'd listen to his commentary on the euro tours in the past, i always thought he did such a nice job at pronouncing everyone's names right, etc
i guess that was an incorrect assumption

Today's Sherwen mispeak - Mar-Tih-Nez. Certainly makes it sound better than it is... :)

Ben "Jake" Maynes? That can't be correct - nothing spelled with a QUES at the end has a long vowel, right? That sounds Fransh to me - like Jacques Cousteau.
BTW - that green green jersey is so cool...
