I think Cowle mentioned something about a back flap that opens up for easy access...

okay Mr Home theatre man. I have a question. I'm thinking of getting an hdtv. Will I be able to receive the HDTV signal my cable company provides if I run everything through a receiver thats more than a few years old?

You don't have to run the HD signal through your receiver. Run video signals (HD, DVD, etc.) directly to the TV for the best results - at minimum use component video cables (www.monoprice.com) and if it has HDMI input/output go with those cables. Audio signals then get routed to your receiver - choose optical or coaxial cables for that. Until you spend a boat load of money on a receiver, you don't want to go with the receivers that switch video. So you'll be fine with the older receiver. I just upgraded my receiver but it worked pretty good with a receiver that was 4-5 years old.

Gin, ride more, techno babble less.
BTW: Ran into Knight at Cyclepath in Ptown, he was shopping for a geared MTB. I guess the knees don't like him anymore.
