Bored with your current roller workout?


Yes, riding rollers can be very monotonous - plain boring at times. But at least they do provide some advantages over a standard trainer - improved balance and spin. But unfortunately you can't really stand and hammer on rollers. So mix this roller workout in to get your standing muscles activated.

    At first I was pulling a PAB and was like, "what the heck is MXC?!!!" Then I realized what it was. I've only seen the show a couple times but man some of that stuff looks painful.
